‘Show & Tell’ just got bigger! – join us

Due to the considerable interest shown in our new ‘Show & Tell’s’ and the fact that the first event coincides with the opening of Barclays Bank’s Eagle Labs programme in London, the event just got bigger.

This event takes place on the 2nd November at Barclays Bank’s Eagle Labs incubator in Notting Hill Gate.

There will be 4 ‘Show & Tell’ presentations throughout the morning starting with Croydon Council, the largest of the London Borough Councils, who will showcase their unique platform for engaging with members of the public, communities and stakeholders.

Croydon Council is the first Council to run its engagements as a seamless link off my Account. With page views now at an incredible 38,285 per month, with, on average 12 activities and engagements run every month, and with over 80 members of staff now involved in running activities, effective community engagement is very much at the heart of policy and practice at Croydon.

Come along and find out just how Croydon made this possible? What was required? What engagements have been run and what is next for the Council?

In addition to hearing about Croydon’s work, see how Aberdeenshire County Council successfully engages vulnerable young people in decision making, see how gamification can be used to engage service users and stakeholders in collaborative methods of service delivery and discuss new methods of reaching communities that are disengaged.

This is an ‘invitation only’ event being held with the support of Barclays Bank Eagle Labs. PMNet has been taken on as a Barclays Digital Eagle to finalise and launch their latest engagement product – Community Passport.
